One address, read by a person: [email protected]. Corrections to published figures get dealt with first, because a wrong number is the thing that costs a reader money.
Reporting a wrong figure
This is the most useful message this site receives. Terms in this market change without announcement, so a withdrawal window or a wagering multiplier that was accurate at the last check can be wrong today, and the fastest way it gets fixed is somebody saying so.
Include the page it appears on and the figure you think is wrong. If you have seen the correct value in the operator cashier or bonus terms, saying where you saw it removes a step. Anything that cannot be confirmed against the operator on a recheck is removed rather than replaced with a second guess, and the verification date on the page changes when it is corrected. Write to [email protected].
One detail makes a correction land faster than anything else: the date you looked. Operators change offers on their own schedule and often run different terms for new and existing accounts, so a figure that reads wrong from your account may be correct for a first-time depositor, and knowing when you checked separates a genuine drift from a difference in eligibility. Screenshots are welcome but never necessary.
What this site cannot help with
It cannot resolve a dispute with a casino. This site has no access to your account, no ability to release a withdrawal and no influence over an operator decision — an affiliate is not a customer service channel, and anyone telling you otherwise is wasting your time.
The route that does work is the operator complaints process first, then the alternative dispute resolution provider it is legally required to belong to. IBAS is the most common, it is free to use, and it can examine a complaint once the operator process is exhausted, normally after eight weeks. The Gambling Commission does not arbitrate individual payment disputes.
It also cannot give gambling advice, tell you which site will pay out, or help recover losses. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free, confidential and open 24 hours.
Operators and commercial enquiries
Operators disputing a published figure are answered the same way as anyone else: whatever the cashier and the bonus terms say on the day the check is repeated. A figure is not changed on request, and a commercial relationship does not move a position in the ranking — the order comes from the five published weights.
Affiliate and partnership enquiries reach the same address. So does anything about the infographics on this site, which are free to republish with a link back.
Data requests
Requests under UK data protection law — access, correction, erasure or objection — go to [email protected] and are handled as described in the privacy notice. In practice this site holds very little: it sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so usually the only thing connected to you is the email you sent.
Common questions
How quickly will I get a reply?
Corrections are prioritised over everything else. No response time is promised here because a promise nobody can keep is worth less than none.
Can you get my withdrawal paid?
No. Use the operator complaints process, then its alternative dispute resolution provider, usually IBAS. This site has no access to any operator account.
Will you remove a negative figure if an operator asks?
Only if a recheck against the operator shows it is wrong. The check is the same one that produced the figure in the first place.
